Rental Conditions:
- 1st payment: 25% on reservation
- Cancellation: 100% up to 2 months before the rental start date
- 2. Payment: 75% until check-in by bank transfer, Paypal (guestcabanas@outlook.pt) or cash upon check-in
- Minimum rental period: 7 days
- Check-in dates: from 1 July to 30 September, Saturday only
- Payments can be made by Paypal or bank transfer
Additional information:
- General deposit – €400, against damage to the accommodation, to be returned at check out
- Check-out until 10am
- Check-in after 4pm
- No pets allowed
- It is strictly prohibited to hold parties or group events on site.
- Smoking is not allowed
- The house is delivered clean, so upon check-out you must have the dishes washed, and no stains on the walls, floors, ceilings, furniture and general clothing.
